• Processes all audio locally in your browser using client-side technology
• Does not collect, store, or have access to your file names, metadata, or analysis results

4. Intellectual Property

The BPMKeyFinder website, code, and design are protected by copyright laws. The underlying Essentia.js library is open-source and used under its respective license. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our service without permission.

5. Service Availability & Accuracy

BPMKeyFinder is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, audio analysis results may vary depending on audio quality and complexity. We are not liable for any decisions made based on analysis results. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
